Requirements to Participate

It is the policy of Tensas Academy for student athletes to have the following documentation on file with the school in order to participate in any sport, sports conditioning, and summer workouts. 

• Parent Consent Form signed by parents and student 
• MAIS Concussion Form signed by parent and student 
• Current Sports Physical  updated every year 
• Proof of Insurance ​

Volunteer Opportunities

​Athletic events don't just run themselves. Please take a moment and sign up to volunteer at one of the Basketball, Baseball, Varsity or JV Football Games or Lady Chiefs Softball. Volunteers can be anyone who loves TA, parents, grandparents, alumni, community members or someone who just wants to lend a helping hand.
