2022 Tensas Academy Spring Carnival
As Tensas Academy enters its 52nd year, we hope you will join us for the 2022 Spring Carnival on Saturday, March 26, 2022.
Our theme this year is “Chiefs in the Future”. We looked to and celebrated the past with our retro-themed carnival last year and are focused on the future of Tensas Academy with our theme this year. We had such a great time with our new format at the Tensas Academy Spring Carnival last year. We decided to keep the daytime family events (Gourmet Shoppe, Silent Auction, Kids Activities) and continue with the Adult Evening Auction and Entertainment.
Schedule of Events for Saturday, March 26
Tickets are now on sale for the Evening Adult Event. Jordan Sheppard and The Cypress Knees Band will be returning…we will be having the live auction at the school Saturday night, March 26th. There will be live music, tasty food, and adult beverages. The auction will include some great items, one-of-a-kind pieces, and experiences to bid on, so we hope you join us! This event is 21 and up only. Tickets are $60.00 purchased in advance and $75.00 purchased at the door.

The Tensas Academy Board of Directors, Staff, and students greatly appreciate your participation in this and all fundraisers necessary to help pay for the various expenses that we incur each year as we strive to provide quality education and experience for our students.

Schedule of Events for Saturday, March 26
- Kids Corner will open from 9:45 am - 12:15 pm on the football field. Drop your children (Ages Prek-5th) off anytime between 9:45-12:15. There will be jumpers, hotdogs, snacks and a drink! $20 per child.
- The Gourmet Shoppe begins at 10:00 am in the Cafeteria. The usual and unusual array of home-cooked sweets, casseroles, and many other exceptional items that can be used to make or complete a great meal.
- Bidding for the Silent Auction will kick off at 10:00 am. The perfect time to shop for gifts or to snag a one-of-a-kind item for yourself. The silent auction will conclude at noon, right before the drawing of the raffle winners.
- The BBQ Babes will be selling their delicious BBQ beef lunches "brown bag style" this year from 10:30 am-12:00 pm.
- The Grand Auction begins at 5:30 pm - tickets can be purchased online or at one of these local shops: Shop All Daye, The Cottage, BViz.
