Hi everyone! So this is a little request from the Waters family for anyone who has known or worked with or been a student of Gail Waters (née Rives). On this July 4th she will be turning 70!! The big party idea is obviously out the window, so for our quarantine *SURPRISE* we are making her a scrapbook and a family ceremony. We would love to include your memories, well wishes, favorite moments, or even photos with Gail, so that all her neighbors and friends and students and loved ones from these seven decades on earth (and mostly in Tensas!) can also be present.
