Just as Christmas, New Years, Valentines, etc., rolls around each year … the time for one of our favorite annual events has arrived – The Tensas Academy Spring Carnival! On Saturday, March 19th, you can start your day off by purchasing tickets and challenging your kids at some fun Midway Games on the TA Football Field. Shoppe our Gourmet Shoppe, fill your freezer, and have something easy to prepare on those evenings when you are rushing the door to support our Chief’s at one of their many athletic endeavors. You can graze on many other tasty treats while you and your friends visit and compete for all of the beautiful items displayed at our Silent Auction. Reserve a spot for your children at Kids Camp, grab a plate from the BBQ Babes, and dine to the melody of the auctioneer’s voice during the Grand Auction. It will be hard to decide what is more fun – eating all the great food or out bidding your friends for one of the many handmade, one of a kind items. There is something for everyone – food, fun and unique items! You only this this chance once a year, so come with your check book, debit card or cold hard cash and help support a really great school. 9:30 am - 11:00 am- Kids Midway Games on the Football Field. Children of all ages will enjoy a variety of games hosted by the TA Teachers and their classes.
10:00 am - Items Sell Out Gourmet Shoppe opens. Come and purchase some of the best home cooking around. Casseroles, Cakes, Pies, Jams, BBQ Sauce, Breads, and many other items available.
10:00 am - 12:00 pm Silent Auction - Come bid on a number of items. Handmade children's clothes, plants, books, artwork, too many things to list. Many one of a kind items.
11:00 am - Kids Camp for small fee. Drop your child off at the cafetorium and enjoy shopping child-free! Bring the kids and let them play.
12:15 pm - Grand Auction Begins - Larger items. Trips, dinners, lawn and garden, antiques, artwork, many handmade and one of a kind items. Make sure to sign up for a bidder number.
